TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery of the order typically takes four to five business days. However, shipment can take seven to ten business days during our sale period. We now charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 for every item. However, unpredictable events or situations may cause delays in shipment.
Within Pakistan, orders typically take one week to process, while outside the nation, they take two to three days. Transit delays, however, could occur for any number of reasons, including uncontrollable situations or metropolitan conditions.
Lost packages during delivery:
Locating the package, looking into any relevant complaints, and providing or offering a replacement could take up to 4 or 5 days.
Product Is Lost or Damaged During Shipping:
If a product is delivered with ripped or physically damaged materials as a result of improper handling, it is deemed damaged. Products that arrive in bags with broken seals, are empty, or include fewer items than what was requested are all deemed stolen. In any scenario, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to get in touch with our customer care. In order to validate your claim or make up for the loss, we will look into the matter and might require you to send us a digital photo of the box or delivery that you received.
Cost and Taxes:
As per the relevant tax rules of Pakistan, all the prices displayed on our website include sales tax.
Making a credit or debit card payment
Orders made using credit/debit cards or any other online payment method are subject to a rigorous fraud investigation and aren’t executed until our payment processor has approved them. If the order is not eligible for the fraud check, it will be reviewed or canceled.
Orders for credit cards require 48 working hours for bank verification.
Cancellations of Orders
Customers have the option to cancel their orders at any point before they are processed.
Order cancellation is at Deens’ discretion for any of the following reasons:
- Out-of-stock Items
- Price Differences
- Difference in Shipping Prices
- Technical Fault
*If an order is canceled, the money paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer will be reimbursed within 20 days of the order being received.
Exchange and Refund Rules
However, we are unable to provide order refunds at this time. But, if the consumer is prepared to pay for the full cost of shipping, we do allow exchanges for items within 20 days after purchase. Fragrances are not returnable or exchangeable unless the product is defective. A change of heart is not relevant.
